Choreography

Creative Producer – Dirk Elwert
studied theater at the University of Cologne before working as assistant director at the Gelsenkirchen Music Theater. He received further dance and theater training at the Zurich School for Dance and Theater (1984) and at the Neue Münchner Schauspielschule.

From 1987-1992 Mr. Elwert worked as an actor in various cities such as Hanover, Heilbronn and Nuremberg. In 1992 he became executive dramatic advisor of the Städtischen Bühnen Nuremberg and founded, together with Uwe Möller, the internationally renowned TANZWERK Nuremberg two years later.

In 1996 he was appointed director of the Nuremberg Ballet/ TANZWERK and then transferred to the Basel Dance Theater in 1999 to become their manager. Mr. Elwert was also the manager of the ballet company of the Oldenburg State Theater during their 2001/2002 season and functioned as di-rector of the International Ballet Days Oldenburg in 2003 and 2005. He has been the creative director of The.Lab Art & Media GmbH since 2002.

Choreographie (master plan) – Mario Schröder
received his eight-year dance education at the Dresden Palucca School of Dance.

From 1983-1999 he was a principal dancer at the Leipzig Ballet – from 1991 under the direction of Uwe Scholz. He also completed a degree in choreography at the Hochschule für Schauspielkunst und Regie "Ernst Busch" in Berlin. In 1999 he became artistic director and chief choreographer of the Mainfranken Theater Würzburg and transferred to the Kiel Theater in 2001 in the same capacity. Mr. Schröder has created well over 60 pieces and worked as a dancer and choreographer in Japan, U.S.A., Russia, Mongolia, France and throughout Europe.

In Germany his work has been presented at the Deutsche Oper and the Komische Oper Berlin, the aalto-ballett-theater Essen and at the Leipzig Opera House. His many premieres at the Ballet Kiel included Das Schloss (The Castle) based on Franz Kafka’s novel and Versunken in BLUE.

Choreographie (HipHop part) – Julie Pecquet
received her training in dance, singing and acting in Paris. She graduated from the renowned Hamburg Lola Rogge School of Dance with a degree in dance instruction and also obtained her German aerobics instructor license. She continued her professional education at the Los Angeles Edge Performing Arts Center and at the New York Broadway Dance Center. Ms. Pecquet was the rollergirl in the first Rollergirl music video (1999), sang a duet with Alexey and toured Europe with Brooklyn Bounce, Garcia, Dandoo and Prezzioso. She had lead parts in Carmen 2000 and Hair and danced with the O. T. Company.

She works as a dancer, choreographer and artistic coach for various record labels, top producers, TV productions and shows.
